Acorn is delighted to present an opportunity for someone new to construction who is eager to learn and develop a long‑term career. This role provides structured training to become a fully qualified Felt Roofer.

Undertake a structured training programme to develop roofing skills.

Work at heights safely and follow all health and safety processes.

Progress from in‑house training to on‑site practical experience.

Continuously develop skills throughout the trainee period.

Must be aged 21 or over due to insurance requirements.

Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn a skilled trade.

Able to work well within a team and follow instructions carefully.

Full UK driving licence.

Full in‑house training provided by experienced professionals.

Comprehensive Health & Safety training meeting industry standards.

Progression to on‑site work following training.

Incremental pay increases after each successful training stage.

Use of a company van after completion of training.
