Lead the teller line and balance cash drawer within balancing guidelines; supervise and coach tellers to improve effectiveness;
Schedule tellers, manage day-to-day branch teller duties, and ensure regulatory and operational compliance;
Onboard and train new tellers in collaboration with the Branch Manager;
Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues and refer financial wellness opportunities to bankers;
Maintain knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies to stay current on offerings
