Coaches tellers and manages teller line operations to ensure efficient, accurate processing and strong customer service.;
Balances cash drawer and ensures compliance with balancing guidelines and banking regulations.;
Schedules tellers, oversees branch staff on operational/regulatory procedures, and guides daily branch activities.;
Onboards and trains new tellers, supports the Branch Manager in staff development.;
Identifies and resolves complex client servicing issues and transitions clients to bankers for financial wellness conversations.
