Job Summary

General Labor positions include a variety of manual or tool-assisted, repetitive tasks to produce raw and ready-to-eat products.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform repetitive tasks to ensure the process is being followed to ensure the product is packaged and placed into boxes and onto pallets according to specifications.

* Perform duties to formulate different types of products.

* Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

* Experience:

No previous experience is necessary. Experience in food manufacturing or processing is a plus.

* Age:
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

* Authorization:
Must be authorized to work in the United States; no sponsor ships are available.

* Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

* Physical Abilities:

* Ability to stand for long periods.

* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, including above the head and below the waist.

* Must be able to work at line speed with the ability to make coordinated hand and finger movements.

* Environmental:
Ability to work in varying temperature conditions.

* Flexibility:
Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed. Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands.

* Compliance:
Must practice good personal hygiene. Candidates must successfully pass a post-offer/pre-employment drug test, background screen, physical and E-Verify.
