ABOUT THE JOB

You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards, and access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery. You should possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Attend orientation and on‑the‑job training.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Perform accurate money calculations and make correct monetary change.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigate allowed delivery routes and handle parcels under various environmental conditions.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Reading maps and navigation to designated delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

• May require standing, walking on various surfaces, and lifting packages up to 50 pounds.
• May involve carrying large cans weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces; pizza sauce up to 30 pounds; trays of pizza dough 12 pounds each.
• May require pushing or pulling dollies, navigating stairs or climbing ladders.
• Work exposes employee to varying temperatures (36°–90+°), fumes, dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, adverse weather during delivery.

• Stooping/bending at pizza assembly and front counter stations.
• Crouching/squatting to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching up, down, and forward to perform tasks such as operating ovens and washing dishes.
• Driving to deliver pizzas within the designated delivery area, delivering flyers and door hangers.
• Using hand tools such as pizza peel, rolling cutter, and pen/pens for documentation.
