Job Summary: Intellistars ABA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT with our organization, you will play a vital role in providing ABA care to children in their natural environment — their homes. Our mission is to provide individualized, family‑focused care that helps children with autism and related disorders reach their full potential.

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by board‑certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) to support children with autism and related disorders
• Provide positive behavioral support and reinforcement to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction
• Conduct assessments and data collection to track progress and inform treatment plans
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other RBTs to ensure seamless and effective treatment delivery
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure a high level of caregiver‑buy‑in and family engagement

• Completion of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• 0 years of experience as an RBT or related field
