Job Summary
Lead the Supply organization and initiatives at the plant level to drive efficiencies and cost reduction targets. Lead the Supply Chain Associates performing production planning and purchasing to ensure on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction. Manage key contributors in scheduling, purchasing, and plant materials management and logistics.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities- Adheres to Integer’s values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including QMS, Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, FDA regulations, company policies and procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
- Drive execution of Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning; plan and monitor master and production schedules and coordinate S&OP efforts in the facility.
- Lead Lean material flow and inventory management initiatives; establish production schedules and develop SOPs for efficient movement of materials and finished goods while maintaining minimal inventory investment.
- Manage Plan for Every Part (PFEP) strategy; perform monthly and quarterly material analysis, align Kanban Material System with production plans, and maintain Item Master Data accuracy in Oracle ERP.
- Oversee purchasing execution process; ensure Buyers follow Integer Purchasing policies for purchase order approval and maintenance and work with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Ensure Enterprise Supplier Management (SMP) processes are followed and linked to site procedures.
- Lead site linkage to the Enterprise Supply Chain for supplier and supply chain escalations, commodity strategy, contracts, cost savings, savings tracker, and harmonized supply chain strategies.
- Act as liaison between operations and customer service to ensure orders are accurate and on‑time delivery is met.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Supply to identify, analyze, and resolve potential supply chain gaps or changes that may impact customer demands.
- Manage direct reports and extended reporting structure to drive on‑time completion of goals and long‑term development of associates.
- Perform other functions as required.
- Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or a technical discipline. Master’s degree strongly preferred. - Minimum Experience:
10+ years of experience, with 2+ years management experience in Supply Chain. - Specialized Knowledge: APICS certification, Lean Manufacturing knowledge (value stream mapping, pull systems, problem solving, 5S) and knowledge of medical device manufacturing and lean material management.
- Skills:
Strong written and oral communication, team leadership, problem solving, computer and presentation skills.
