Inspector, Quality Assurance - QA​/QC, Quality Control - QC Analysts​/Managers

Position

Inspector – 2nd Shift (3:00 pm to 1:00 am, Monday to Thursday)

• Adheres to Integer's core beliefs and all safety and quality requirements.
• Visually inspects surfaces (cases and lids) using prescribed procedures and product knowledge.
• Reports scrap and finished goods quantities to Production Lead or Supervisor.
• Utilizes microscopes for defect verification to ensure compliance with visual requirements.
• Performs rework operations as required.
• Inspects parts according to customer‑specific quality criteria.
• Solves routine problems according to written procedures; selects solutions from established options.
• Supports floor teams in product acceptability.
• Assists in training new inspectors.
• Ensures discrepant material is properly disposed before shipment.
• Follows packaging instructions and packs products as directed; monitors material flow, completes KANBAN tags and scrap reports.
• Performs other functions as required.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of inspection experience.
• Ability to use microscopes and operate computer terminals; familiarity with customer quality criteria.
• Mechanical ability and good hand‑eye coordination.
• Completion of 40 hours of training and passing the certification exam.
