We are seeking a positive, upbeat, and energetic Preschool Aide to join our team in Trenton, MI, this fall. This full-time position (5 days per week) is ideal for someone who thrives in a Catholic culture and enjoys working with our littlest students. As a Preschool Aide, you will provide essential support to the lead teacher and help create a nurturing, engaging, and joyful learning environment.

• Assist the lead teacher in daily classroom activities and routines.
• Support the social, emotional, and educational development of preschool students.
• Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Work collaboratively as a team player within the preschool staff.
• Help prepare materials and organize the classroom environment.
• Engage with students in a caring and energetic manner.
• Support the values and culture of our Catholic community.

• Experience or interest in working as a Preschool Aide or support staff.
• Positive, upbeat, and full of energy.
• Ability to work well with the lead teacher and other staff members.
• Enjoys working with young children and understands their developmental needs.
• Thrives in a Catholic cultural environment and supports its values.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Reliable and available to work 5 days per week.
• Protecting God's Children certification
