Underbody Process Engineering Group Lead

Stellantis seeks an Underbody Process Engineering Group Lead to drive world-class manufacturing performance within our Engineering & Design organization. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers developing, optimizing, and launching underbody manufacturing processes for high-volume vehicle programs. You will own process capability, PFMEAs, and control plans, ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets are met. Partnering closely with design, quality, and plant operations, you will resolve complex build issues, implement lean improvements, and champion data-driven problem solving.
