What You'll DoAs our Wall Panel Production Associate, you will support the manufacturing and assembly of wall panels by accurately reading work orders, assembling components to specification, and operating production equipment.
The Nitty Gritty- Assemble wall panels according to drawings, work orders, and production schedules
- Measure, layout, and fasten lumber and components accurately
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect materials and finished panels to ensure quality and accuracy
- Stage, label, and organize completed panels for shipping or next production steps
- Perform routine equipment checks and report issues to supervisor
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all company policies and OSHA, state, and federal safety regulations
- Assist with other production tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing, construction, or warehouse experience
- Ability to reach and follow work orders, drawings, and measurements
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Commitment to safety and quality standards

This role is based in a manufacturing facility with regular exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
Physical DemandsThe role involves extended periods of standing and repetitive movement, along with the regular ability to lift and move materials up to 80+lbs.
Position Type / Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm. Some Saturday work will also be required during the peak season (May-October).
