Henry Ford Health is seeking a Full-Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the Anesthesiology team at Henry Ford Health Center Brownstown in Brownstown Charter Township, Michigan offering a dynamic inpatient and multi-site practice environment with competitive compensation and a

Job Description:
The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) will:
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care for patients in an inpatient setting as well as across multiple clinic locations
- Conduct preoperative assessments, including reviewing medical history, evaluating patient risk factors, and preparing anesthesia plans
- Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans in collaboration with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
- Administer anesthesia during surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Monitor and manage patients intraoperatively, including vital signs, anesthesia depth, and response to interventions
- Manage post-anesthesia recovery, pain control, and immediate postoperative care
- Participate in a rotating schedule, including full-time day shifts, on-call coverage, and weekends
- Travel to multiple locations as required to provide anesthesia services across the health system
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC EMR, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
- Support the department in staffing coverage needs, particularly during periods of shortage
- Comply with all hospital credentialing, quality assurance, and safety protocols
- Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain required certifications (BLS, ACLS, CRNA license, RN license)
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare providers, to ensure high-quality patient care
