This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Health Nurse located in Canton, MI. The role involves providing professional nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, managing care plans, and monitoring patient progress. The Home Health Nurse will perform assessments, offer wound care, and ensure the comfort and safety of patients while maintaining clear communication with families and healthcare teams.

Maintaining proper documentation and complying with all regulations is an integral part of this position.

• Advanced skills and expertise in Nursing and Medicine
• Experience in Home Care and Patient Care, delivering compassionate and professional services
• Proficiency in Wound Care, including wound evaluation and treatment
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Possession of a valid RN license in the state of Michigan
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain it
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Prior experience in home health or related medical care settings is preferred
