What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia care for inpatients and across multiple clinical sites
• Conduct preoperative assessments, review medical histories, and develop anesthesia plans
• Administer anesthesia during surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
• Monitor vital signs and manage intraoperative anesthesia levels
• Oversee post-anesthesia recovery and pain management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons and nursing staff
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR
• Support department staffing during shortages and participate in a flexible rotating schedule
• Comply with safety, credentialing, and quality assurance standards
• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain required certifications

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RN license in Michigan
• Current NBCRNA certification (or eligibility)
• BLS & ACLS certifications
• Minimum of some professional anesthesia experience (no new graduates)

Preferred:

• Prior experience working in a hospital or surgical setting
• Ability to work flexible schedules and travel across sites
