About the roleWant to support on the global stage? As Executive Assistant, you’ll have the freedom to take your skills and expertise to the next level. Joining Mead Johnson Nutrition’s Infant Formula business and supporting the President of Nutrition, you’ll take on everything from managing a calendar, organizing leadership conferences, leading cross-functional coordination amongst executive assistants, arranging meetings and events to preparing presentations and organizing domestic and international travel.
The pace and complexity of our business will mean that every hour could bring something new and you’ll proactively manage all of the elements every time. You’ll succeed because you’ve proved that you can work and deliver at a senior level in a dynamic, international environment. You combine executive assistant experience with a proactive and adaptable approach, and there’s nothing you don’t know about Microsoft Office 365.
You’re a natural multitasker, with the confidence to take ownership and make decisions when needed. And crucially, you’re also comfortable working quickly and reacting to change in a highly collaborative work environment.
- Be a true right-hand hand support to a Senior level leader and their leadership team; helping to support and manage priorities while acting as a trusted business support captain.
- Organize meetings with key stakeholders globally working through different time zones and liaison with individuals throughout the global locations.
- Seamlessly manage supervisor's agenda, travel and meeting dates.
- Anticipate the needs of your manager and team members and determine what issues need to be brought to management's attention.
- Diagnose and handle operations and administrative business issues before/as they arise in a logical, self-directed manner. Implement administrative process and make efficient improvements.
- Appropriately and confidentially manage confidential data, including sensitive business and financial data and personnel information.
- Become reliable partner to both outside parties and internal employee requests through business letters and email communications. Field calls from external sources and handle requests appropriately. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Using advanced software skills, will be responsible for the preparation of moderate to complex spreadsheets and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint. Review data for accuracy.
- Responsible for event planning for both on- and off-site events.
- Manage all invoices and other related tasks related to the budget.
- A BS degree is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of administrative experience;
