What is the opportunity?As the Front Office Associate, you will be the face of the school and a key partner in creating an exceptional experience for scholars, families, staff, and visitors. In this role, you will manage front office operations, oversee attendance systems, support family communication, and help ensure the campus runs smoothly each day. Working closely with the Campus Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships, maintaining organized systems, and creating a welcoming environment where every family feels informed, supported, and connected to our school community.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for families, scholars, staff, and visitors, creating a welcoming and professional front office experience.
- Manage daily attendance processes, including attendance verification, updates, corrections, and documentation within Alma SIS.
- Respond to family inquiries and requests in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.
- Support visitor management, scholar sign-ins and dismissals, and front office operations throughout the school day.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential student records and attendance documentation.
- Assist with enrollment, onboarding, records collection, filing, and administrative processes.
- Coordinate communication between families, staff, and school leadership to ensure information is shared effectively.
- Distribute school communications, reminders, forms, and announcements to families and stakeholders.
- Support attendance intervention efforts by tracking attendance trends and escalating concerns as appropriate.
- Prepare reports, maintain office systems, and ensure operational documentation remains organized and audit-ready.
- Assist with operational planning and execution for school events, including parent conferences, testing days, enrollment events, and school celebrations.
- Operate office equipment and provide general administrative support to ensure efficient daily campus operations.
- Maintain professionalism, responsiveness, and confidentiality in all interactions while supporting Foundation Academies' commitment to exceptional family service.
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, school operations, or front office roles preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with families, scholars, and staff.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and composure in a fast-paced school environment.
- Experience handling confidential information with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with student information systems (Alma preferred) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively, solve problems proactively, and follow through on responsibilities with minimal supervision.
