We are hiring an Administrative Assistant I for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ
.
- Managed daily office tasks mentioned above.
- Answering phones, scheduling meetings, maintaining files, order supplies and other admin related activities.
- Self-motivated, work independently, proactive.
- Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook
- Knowledge on computer software.
- Computers, printers & scanners
- Work hours:
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Tues, Weds. & Friday) - Lunch (unpaid): 12-12:30pm
- Dress Code:
