• Identify and secure new partnerships through proactive outreach and management of inbound inquiries
• Develop and present client-specific presentations showcasing the employer’s programs to potential partners
• Manage and advance deals through the pipeline to finalization of contracts
• Maintain records on accounts and update the CRM system regularly
• Collaborate with internal departments to find creative solutions for clients' needs

• 1-3 years of sales, marketing, or sustainability experience
• Previous success in selling services or products to businesses
• Experience negotiating and closing business opportunities
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience managing CRM software

• Self-starter with solid prospecting skills and enthusiasm for generating new leads
• Excellent presentation skills
• Highly detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization abilities
