Terra Cycle is an international leader in innovative sustainability solutions, creating and operating first-of-their-kind platforms in recycling, recycled materials, and reuse.

Operating in 20 countries, including 12 in Europe, Terra Cycle works with manufacturers, retailers and end users to implement turnkey recycling programs through a range of public-facing services for hundreds of everyday waste streams that other waste management companies are unable to recycle.

In 2019, Terra Cycle introduced Loop - a platform that allows brands, retailers and consumers to move from a disposable to durable supply chain, enabling consumers to responsibly shop for a wide variety of commonly used products in reusable packaging. Terra Cycle offers a robust, education based, internship program in the summer months of each year. There may be additional opportunities in the fall and spring for internships based on a particular business need. Requirements

Internship Requirements

* Must be able to commit to minimum 16 hours per week

* Must be able to report to the office a minimum of two days per week

Internship Qualifications

* A high school diploma or equivalent GED

* If enrolled in a college or university, in good academic standing

* Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint & Excel

* High level of effectiveness in written, oral and digital communication

While Terra Cycle's Internships are unpaid, we compensate interns with:

* Educational credits (where applicable)

* Catered vegetarian lunch available in the office M-F

* Free commuter transportation to and from the Trenton Transit Center

* Casual office environment
