Construction Manager

W2 Contract Only – No C2C – No 3rd Parties

The Ash Group is hiring a Construction Manager (CM3) for our client (a world-renowned telecommunications company providing the technology and equipment that enables global mobile connectivity and 4G/5G networks).

This is a 12-month Hybrid contract role based in Trenton, NJ
, offering a pay rate of $53.00 per hour. You will be accountable for all Civil Works, financial controls, and quality management for high-volume telecommunications site builds. This CM3-level position requires a highly skilled professional capable of solving complex problems and leading Service Providers (ASP/SP) to ensure all installations meet strict technical specifications and safety standards.

• Oversee all Civil Works activities, ensuring that Service Providers adhere to Federal, and Local standards.
• Manage project financials through scheduling, SP/ASP coordination, and rigorous quality management.
• Maintain and update construction-specific documentation in Site Handler
  , including SOWs, NTPs,
  RFDS changes, and close-out documents.
• Conduct site pre-inspections, post-construction audits, and visual quality inspections to ensure workmanship meets contract expectations.
• Enforce safety protocols on-site, including OSHA
  30 compliance, RF Awareness, and general work environment safety.
• Perform PFA verification (daily) and sign off on civils acceptance and close-out document review.
• Coordinate site activities across multiple disciplines to ensure project goals and objectives remain on phase.
• Provide technical assistance to Service Providers and troubleshooting results for complex site design issues.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of job-related experience, specifically with project builds exceeding 500 sites
