- 5+ years of experience leading facilities construction, utility facilities work, or operational infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to manage contractors, vendors, and field execution across multiple active sites or concurrent projects.
- Strong working knowledge of construction fundamentals including scopes, schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, material procurement, and change orders.
- Experience working in operational environments where safety, access control, and service continuity matter.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); able to produce clear field reporting and basic project tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent field experience accepted.
- Must be able to meet the company’s driving requirements.
- Purpose-driven work – Help deliver infrastructure that powers communities.
- Industry reputation – Trusted by leading utilities for our reliability and results.
