Client Details Our client is a full-service General Contractor and Construction Manager that has been serving the New Jersey market for more than 30 years.

They are seeking a driven Project Manager who wants to contribute to the company's success while developing professionally. Description The Construction Project Manager will:
Provide overall leadership to assigned project teams throughout the project lifecycle Manage and develop staff to maximize performance and career growth Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors Understand, negotiate, and administer contract and subcontract agreements Establish, communicate, and execute project schedules Manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting Interpret cost reports and ensure adherence to project budgets Lead project meetings and coordinate all project stakeholders Oversee procurement, subcontractor buyouts, and material purchasing Manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs Identify and mitigate project risks Provide leadership in contract negotiations, change order management, and pricing decisions Ensure compliance with company, client, and safety standards Profile The successful Construction Project Manager will have: 5+ years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Experience managing ground-up and renovation commercial projects Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration OSHA certification preferred Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Demonstrated ability to lead teams and successfully deliver projects Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Job Offer The Construction Project Manager will receive:
