- Drive operational implementation of polices strategies and initiatives in a way that builds a Company-Wide ZERO injury safety culture.
- Evaluate, monitor, and communicate developments regarding legislation and regulation related to industry Safety.
- Serve as management representative with OSHA our customers and other safety regulatory agencies.
- Manage the company"s safety OSHA recordkeeping.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety laws, regulations, codes and rules.
- Conducts safety inspections and audits to assess compliance with safety rules and regulations. This will assessments to measure performance of project teams and subcontractors.
- Excellent report writing skills combined with the ability to perform root cause analysis effectively.
- Certifications in first aid, CPR, OSHA training, or environmental health are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with workers' compensation law and environmental compliance standards is essential for success in this role.
- Ability to conduct training & development sessions that enhance employee understanding of safety protocols.
- Exceptional communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and collaborating across teams to uphold safety standards.
