Aoka is seeking an Assisted Living Code Inspector to perform HQS inspections for healthcare facilities. We are hiring 10 part-time and 2 full-time qualified candidates for this role, with on-site inspections and travel as required.
Responsibilities include scheduling on-site inspections for new construction/redevelopment, evaluating units for HQS compliance, and preparing inspection reports in line with HUD and OHP guidelines.
