A growing water and wastewater contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations on municipal infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for a strong field leader with experience managing water treatment, wastewater treatment, mechanical, and underground utility projects
.

• Oversee daily field operations on water and wastewater construction projects
• Manage crews, subcontractors, equipment, and project schedules
• Coordinate work involving treatment plants, pump stations, pipelines, utility infrastructure, and mechanical systems
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to specifications
• Work closely with Project Managers, owners, engineers, and inspectors
• Maintain quality control and enforce safety standards on all projects

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in water/wastewater or heavy civil construction
• Strong background in water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, mechanical systems, or underground utilities
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proven leadership and crew management experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• OSHA certification preferred
