Asphalt Paving Equipment Operator – Full-Time – LOCAL WORK

Sussex County, NJ
$24–$28/hr (based on experience)
Full-time | Plenty of hours in season

We’re a local asphalt paving company looking for an experienced equipment operator to join our crew.

This is steady local work — no travel, home every night.

What you’ll be doing :

Operating paving equipment (paver, roller, skid steer, etc.)
Assisting with asphalt paving jobs (driveways, parking lots, roads)
Working with a small crew to get jobs done right and on time

What we’re looking for:

Experience operating paving equipment (paver experience is a BIG plus)
Shows up on time and works hard
Takes pride in clean, quality work
Team player — no drama
