RSW Auto Group & RSW Euro, one of New Jersey's largest independent European specialty repair facilities, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for our Warren, NJ location. Join our dynamic, family‑oriented team where team member care is the foundation of exceptional customer service.

• Base salary $52,000–$125,000 per year
• Unlimited bonus potential with team and individual bonus plans
• Monday‑Friday schedule (8 AM – 5 PM, no weekends)

• Efficiently handle customer inquiries, service requests, and scheduling.
• Clearly communicate repair recommendations and service options to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians and the service team on repair status and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate service records and customer documentation.

• Follow all RSW service processes and quality standards.

• Previous automotive service advisor experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to efficiently handle customer inquiries and service requests.

• Proven Automotive Service Advisor experience and exceptional customer service & communication skills.
• Team collaboration and process discipline.
