Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Rep for a temporary 3-month healthcare services assignment supporting a contact center program focused on Medicaid and CHIP member services. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who is fluent in English and Spanish, enjoys helping people understand important healthcare information, and can provide clear, accurate support in a fast-paced call center environment.
This opportunity offers structured training, supportive leadership, and the potential to transition into a regular training program after the initial project is completed. You will be part of a collaborative team that values professionalism, accuracy, empathy, and strong service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer service interactions related to healthcare eligibility, enrollment, and benefits.
- Provide informed, objective responses regarding eligibility guidelines, policies, access to care concerns, and escalated issues.
- Assist Medicaid and CHIP members with managed care plan information and help them make informed decisions.
- Process workflow documents such as income verification, identity verification, and other eligibility documentation.
- Learn and apply new policies, procedures, and program updates related to state healthcare programs.
- Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality while supporting customers by phone and related communication channels.
- Pay Rate: $17.46 per hour.

Start Date:
July 20. - Training Duration: 2 weeks.
- Training attendance is mandatory, and no time off is permitted during training.
- Training schedule is Monday through Friday, exact hours to be provided.
- Candidate must be on camera for the full training and nesting period.
- Post-training hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST.
- Shifts will be assigned after training is completed.
- Candidate must meet Bring Your Own Device requirements, including computer specifications, webcam, and headset.
- For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, Apple One provides major medical, dental, vision, 401k, and statutory sick pay where required.
