Job Responsibilities
Salary: $21/Hour

Location: Trenton, USA
Duties- Handle a high volume of telephone calls, including exceptional requests from guests.
- Offer one‑stop visitor services immediately.
- Provide accurate and friendly information about center structures and available packages.
- Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
- Professional appearance while maintaining guest privacy.
- Ability to perform well in a fast‑paced and sometimes stressful environment.
- Strong teamwork, self‑initiative, and a sense of responsibility.
- Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, or client services.
- Higher education in hospitality or tourism management.
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
The position operates 365 days a year. Shift scheduling is determined in coordination with the organization and includes Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
