Description- Join our healthcare team as a licensed professional providing preventive and periodontal care in a community-focused setting.
- This full-time role in Trenton, NJ, requires collaboration with dentists and support staff to enhance patient oral health.
- Ideal for those experienced in using electronic healthcare systems.
- Perform dental prophylaxis for patients.
- Conduct periodontal assessments and charting.
- Assist with periodontal maintenance and patient recall visits.
- Administer topical anesthesia as permitted by licensure.
- Evaluate and treat conditions affecting teeth and gums.
- Explain treatment plans and provide oral health education.
- Maintain accurate dental records.
- Completion of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
- Current Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey.
- Competency in preventive and periodontal dental care.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with electronic dental records preferred.
