• Design and produce engaging training content, including videos, interactive modules, print materials, and presentations.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and create effective content.
• Work with Operations, Support, Safety, Fleet Service teams, and stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and business objectives.
• Ensure training materials are accurate, current, and compliant with policies and industry standards.
• Use various software tools to create multimedia content, including video editing, graphic design, and Google Suite.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and make improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Provide technical support for training systems and platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends to create relevant content.

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, communication, or related field.
• Proficiency in multimedia tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or similar.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and engagingly.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
