  • Utilize knowledge of commercial steel and concrete slab construction (non–wood framing) in the development of design and construction documents.
  • Lead and mentor junior staff, including delegating work, providing feedback, and supporting the professional development of designers and drafters.
  • Coordinate workloads across multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities and resources to maintain a fast-paced, efficient project environment.
  • Contribute to construction administration activities, including responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, and supporting field-related questions as needed.
  • Support marketing efforts and office administration activities as assigned, contributing to proposals, presentations, and general office operations.
  • Engage in educational design projects, including K–12 and higher education facilities, as well as healthcare and commercial building projects.
  • Produce high-quality architectural design and drafting work that reflects strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to design excellence.
