Architectural Project Manager | Restoration, Building Envelope & Design

I'm working confidentially with a well-established architecture firm in NJ that specializes in multifamily, affordable housing, mixed-use and residential developments across New Jersey.

They're looking for an experienced Project Managing Architect who can lead projects from initial design and documentation through approvals and construction, while managing clients, consultants, project teams, budgets and schedules.

• 8+ years of architectural experience
• Strong multifamily, affordable housing, mixed-use or residential project experience
• Ability to manage projects from concept through construction administration
• Experience overseeing construction documents and coordinating external consultants
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning requirements and permitting processes
• Confident client-facing communication and project leadership skills
• Ability to mentor and manage junior architectural staff
• Proficiency with Revit;
  AutoCAD experience is beneficial
• Architectural licensure is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate
