Salary range based on RPSA Contract at MA Step 0: $180,169 - PHD Step 20: $206,634 (commensurate with experience)

About the position:
The Robbinsville Board of Education is seeking a dynamic, student-centered educational leader to serve as Principal of Robbinsville High School for the 2026 to 2027 school year. The district is seeking an experienced and collaborative administrator who will foster a positive school culture, maintain high academic expectations, and support the social, emotional, and educational needs of all students. Candidates should have a strong working knowledge of NJ Student Learning Standards and State Assessments and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships.

Robbinsville High School is a beautiful, modern facility serving about 1,000 students in a supporting and high achieving learning environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Serve as the instructional leader, demonstrating expertise in curriculum design, assessment, classroom instruction, and data-driven decision-making.

* Manage the administration of the school in areas such as student safety, personnel, district policies/regulations, budgeting, school procedures, and discipline matters.

* Facilitate effective communication with students, staff, and the community.

* Collaborate effectively with school stakeholders.

Qualifications:

* Hold a valid New Jersey Principal Certificate

* Master's Degree required

* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a successful school administrator is preferred
