Overview

Campaign Onboarding Manager

Healio Strategic Solutions, a company within The Wyanoke Group, is searching for a Campaign Onboarding Manager, Digital Ad Operations, to join their growing team.

What You’ll Do
  • assist sales team in completion of campaign proposals
  • create, review, receipt and revise campaign contracts
  • facilitate internal communications with key stakeholders regarding contracted campaigns
  • oversee intake of all campaign assets
  • act as a subject matter expert for campaign implementation and issue escalation
  • manage delivery designated team members
What You’ll Bring
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably at a publisher
  • knowledge and proficiency with MS Excel
  • strong communication and problem solving skills
  • solid understanding of digital metrics, tracking methodology and digital advertising trends
  • the ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracy or quality of tasks
Nice To Have
  • Proficiency with major ad serving and measurement platforms such as GAM, Double Verify, and Crossix
  • completion of a college degree

The annual base salary for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. Placement within this range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, knowledge, skills, education, years and level of experience and equity with internal team members. Location

& Schedule

Employees living within a 50-mile radius of the office will be scheduled to work two days per week in our Thorofare, NJ location. Remote applicants will be considered.
