Certified Special Education Teacher

Our client is seeking a Certified Special Education Teacher in Trenton, NJ. Compensation: $45+ per hour.

• Bachelor's degree and completion of an approved teacher preparation program.
• New Jersey Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TSD) endorsement plus appropriate initial certification.
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, instructional strategies, and behavior management.

• Provide individualized and small-group instruction to students with disabilities based on IEP goals.
• Develop and adapt lesson plans aligned with state standards and student needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and parents.
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with NJDOE requirements.
• Create a supportive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment.
