** What you’ll do in this role:
** The primary purpose of this position is to provide leadership for a team of engineering managers in the support of multiple, complex product lines or processes at a manufacturing site and to set the standards of practice for all engineering functions. You will ensure all engineering activities and related technical support functions across the site are managed in support of ongoing production activities and in adoption of new operational or technological innovations.

You will develop the strategies and tactics required for the engineering and/or technical organizations to align to the site’s and business’ long-range plans. Under your leadership, your team will be accountable for providing the technical leadership required to sustain and optimize ongoing production in support of both immediate and long term goals, ensure site quality, deliver continuous improvement projects with attendant impact on the site’s financial performance, serve as the recognized process technical experts within the site, and/or accept accountability for ensuring the successful transfer of new products and new technologies into the site.

* · Assume responsibility for all engineering and technical activities across a complex, multi-product line manufacturing site and accept accountability for delivering the Key Performance Goals/Targets established
· Serve as an integral member of the Site’s Leadership Team and contribute to the development of the Site’s Strategies and annual goals and objectives from which your Key Performance Goals/Targets are derived
· Lead your direct reports which include any combination of engineering managers and senior level engineering professionals
· Understand and adhere to Integer’s Values and all company policies, procedures, and work instructions defined in your training plan
