Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director EHS Facilities Management & Engineering to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions.
The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment.
Location:
Somerset, NJ - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $216,186 – $283,745 annually
Responsibilities- Lead facilities operations for all the company locations, including manufacturing sites, labs, and offices
- Ensure consistent service levels and high reliability across all facilities
- Oversee critical GMP utilities and ensure audit readiness
- Manage maintenance strategy and equipment readiness for tech transfers
- Oversee corporate office environments and vendor management for site amenities
- Lead planning and execution of multi-million-dollar capital projects
- Develop a global facilities strategy aligned with organizational growth
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Architecture, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in GMP facilities/engineering within biopharma, including office/corporate facilities
- Deep understanding of GEP/GMP and critical utility systems
- Experience managing large capital projects and multi-site operations
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership experience
