We're seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to help bring complex electromechanical systems from design to reality. In this role, you'll work directly with cutting-edge semiconductor equipment, partnering with technicians, engineers, and operations teams to solve real manufacturing challenges, improve product quality, and support successful production builds.

Responsibilities
Support Manufacturing Operations
- Provide hands-on engineering support during assembly, integration, and testing of advanced semiconductor equipment.
- Partner with technicians and production teams to troubleshoot build and manufacturing issues.
- Support daily production activities to help ensure quality, schedule, and performance goals are achieved.
- Investigate manufacturing and quality issues using structured problem-solving techniques.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions that improve product reliability and manufacturing performance.
- Work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve production and supplier-related issues.
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes, work instructions, and production documentation.
- Support engineering change implementation and configuration-controlled manufacturing processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve manufacturability, efficiency, quality, and repeatability.
- Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation to support manufacturing activities.
- Partner with Design Engineering, Quality, Operations, Service, and Supply Chain teams to drive successful product builds.
- Support suppliers and manufacturing partners in resolving technical and production-related challenges.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engi Engineering, or a related technical discipline.neering, Industrial
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, Sustaining Engineering, or a similar role supporting the manufacture of complex electromechanical systems.
- Experience supporting semiconductor capital equipment, vacuum systems, precision automation, photonics, scientific instrumentation, or other highly engineered electromechanical products.
- Familiarity with cleanroom manufacturing environments, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and engineering change control processes.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, assembly, integration, or testing of complex electromechanical products.
