CURE Insurance Arena is a multi‑purpose facility located in Mercer County, New Jersey, and features a capacity of 8,000+ general bowl & suite‑level seating with capabilities for various event layouts. First opened in 1999 as the centre entertainment hub for Mercer County, it has become the “home” to local and nearby communities, hosting legendary stage icons such as Elton John, JoJo Siwa, Cher, ZZ Top, and Ghost.
PositionSummary
As a member of the Guest Services Event Team, you will be an essential part of the Guest experience and help build memories that last a lifetime. In this role you will wear many different hats and work in several areas of the arena, including ushering, ticket scanning, concourse customer service, and greeting. You will assist guests by offering directions, sharing information, and creating a world‑class experience while keeping them safe and informed.
This role pays an hourly rate of $15.92.

This position will remain open until October 9, 2026.
Responsibilities- Prepare your assigned section for guests; this may include wiping down seats, looking for potential hazards, and reporting any issues to a supervisor.
- Welcome fans with a great smile and helpful attitude when gates open.
- Scan event tickets and ensure the correct ticket is used for entry.
- Assist fans in locating their ticketed seats.
- Stay alert and proactive to potential hazards and report incidents when they occur.
- Monitor your assigned area for issues and opportunities to create lasting memories for fans.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all guest concerns or complaints.
- Assist guests in ADA‑accessible seating sections.
- Enforce building policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
- Manage foot traffic flow of large crowds.
- Know the arena emergency evacuation plan to safely assist guests during emergencies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Preferred experience in a hospitality or entertainment environment.
- Enjoy working with and helping people.
- Ability to function in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling difficult situations.
- Availability to work nights, sometimes midnight or later; weekends, all day Saturday and Sunday; and holidays.
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods.
- Able to lift and/or move heavy objects.
