Associate, Real Estate Finance

The Associate role at Blackstone Digital Infrastructure Trust involves supporting the finance team with accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls. You’ll work closely with senior team members and various internal and external partners. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced finance environment.

• Help with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and earnings materials.
• Review investment-level results and financial activities.
• Coordinate with various teams to gather and summarize financial information.
• Prepare documentation for accounting policies and internal controls.
• Assist in compiling materials for management and auditors.
• Track and analyze investment and capital activity.
• Help with technical accounting research as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience in public or private accounting.
• Experience in real estate, REITs, or financial services is a plus.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements.
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
