Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting a finance associate to join the Corporate Practice Group in the following offices:
New York;
Florham Park, NJ;
Philadelphia;
Washington, D.C.;
Indianapolis;
Fort Wayne;
Chicago;
Minneapolis;
Denver.
We are seeking candidates with three to six years of experience in corporate finance and/or working with financial institutions, private credit lenders or borrowers in finance transactions, including loan originations and real estate financings.
Responsibilities and Qualifications- Experience drafting loan, security, intercreditor, and related documents.
- Advising on covenant compliance.
- Leading due diligence teams and managing specialists.
- Drafting related documents with strong writing skills.
- Superior academics and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
The initial salary range is $180,000 – $315,000, with potential for higher compensation based on location, skills, training, and experience. Compensation includes productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident, and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
