Job Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive communication and high‑touch service.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive, goal‑based financial plans tailored to the unique needs of high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and rebalancing to ensure investment strategies remain aligned with client risk tolerance and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists and external partners to provide integrated estate, tax, and risk management solutions.
  • Execute strategic business development initiatives to expand the firm’s assets under management and community footprint.
Desired Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in financial advisory, investment management, or private banking.
  • Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses in good standing.
  • Valid state life, accident, and health insurance licenses.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
  • Strong analytical proficiency and experience using professional financial planning software.
Nice‑to‑Haves
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation.
  • An established book of business or a strong professional network.
  • Advanced knowledge of estate planning, executive benefits, and business succession strategies.
  • Experience with alternative investments and sophisticated tax‑mitigation vehicles.
  • Master’s degree in finance, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
