As a Branch Banker within PNC's retail banking organization, you will be based in Trenton, NJ at the Downtown Trenton branch.

Job Description
  • Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through a variety of proactive sales and service activities.
  • Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer’s share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
  • Drive proactive sales conversations through inbound and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
  • Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
  • Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
  • Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools, and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
  • Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
  • Demonstrate heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss.
  • Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed in an efficient and accurate manner.

Work Experience

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
