Job Overview
This position is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. The role requires accurate and efficient processing of cash transactions and engaging in deep conversations with clients to understand their financial priorities and connect them with appropriate solutions.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results.
- Effective collaborator, building and nurturing strong relationships.
- Passionate about delivering an experience that improves clients' financial lives.
- Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.

- Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours, including potential schedules at any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of the financial services industry, products, and solutions.
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or an Associate’s Degree in business management, business administration, finance, or related field.

Locations include:
Acton, Burlington, Sudbury, and Wilmington, Massachusetts.
Hourly Pay: $25.00 – $26.77 (dependent on experience, education, and skill set). This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
