A global financial institution is recruiting an Assistant Vice President - Business Risk & Control to join its first line risk function in New Jersey.
This role will support the firm's business risk and control framework, working closely with stakeholders to strengthen the control environment, support risk assessments, governance, issue management and risk reporting across the business.
The successful candidate should have experience in Business Risk & Control, Business Controls, Operational Risk or First Line Risk within financial services or another regulated environment. Knowledge of RCSA/MCA, control frameworks, governance and issue management would be advantageous.
