Rockefeller Capital Management offers a distinctive Summer Analyst Program experience as a premier independent financial advisory firm. Our diversified businesses, boutique size, and entrepreneurial culture shape a dynamic, personalized experience for our Analysts.

Our Summer Analyst program is a ten-week (June-August) internship program designed to provide an opportunity to experience the culture and atmosphere of Rockefeller Capital Management. Summer Analysts will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of the business providing opportunities to learn, grow, and excel.

To be eligible for consideration, students must be projected 2028 graduates and in good standing at the school. Analysts should have an interest in the financial services industry and be eager to learn and make an impact.

The Practice Management Summer Analyst will support the Practice Management Team in advancing advisor team effectiveness, business growth, operational efficiency, and scalable execution across Rockefeller Global Family Office. The Summer Analyst will partner with the Practice Management Team and cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, organize inputs, build support analytics, maintain execution tools, and help translate practice management priorities into actionable work streams.

The role is execution-oriented and provides exposure to wealth management, advisor team operating models, business planning, client experience, platform adoption, and practice management strategy.

• Execution Support & Project Coordination:
  Support the practice management initiatives by maintaining project plans, trackers, timelines, action logs, meeting notes, and follow-up items; help ensure work streams remain organized and moving forward.
• Data Gathering & Analysis:
  Assist in collecting, organizing, and summarizing business inputs and support data related to advisor teams, business planning, team structure, growth opportunities, operational processes, and engagement activities.
• Tools, Trackers & Reporting:
  Create and maintain Excel-based tools, dashboards, templates, and reporting materials that help the Practice Management Team assess needs, monitor progress, identify themes, and support decision-making.
• Business Planning Support:
  Assist with preparation for advisor business planning sessions, team assessments, strategy workshops, and follow-up execution by organizing pre-read materials, data summaries, agendas, outputs, and next-step documentation.
