Rockefeller Capital Management is seeking a highly experienced tax professional to join the Finance team in a tax role. The ideal candidate will manage federal, state, local, and indirect tax matters across multiple entities and partnerships, coordinating with external tax advisors and investors.
Responsibilities include tax compliance, year-end reporting, tax projections, and communicating tax implications to senior management and investors. A CPA and 10–15 years’ experience are preferred.
