Responsibilities- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for learners with developmental disabilities
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention programs using applied behavior analysis techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including special education teachers, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated care
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment progress and make necessary adjustments to intervention plans
- Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals involved in the learners’ care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date treatment documentation and records
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Familiarity with special education practices and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ability to assess learners’ needs, develop appropriate treatment plans, and monitor progress over time
- Behavioral consultation experience
- Proficiency in conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Ability to provide direct care using behavioral therapy methods
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate treatment records and documentation
