ASG Home Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities across New Jersey.
What You’ll Do As A Direct Support Professional- Provide Individual Supports & Community-Based Supports
- Assist with daily living skills (meal prep, hygiene, cleaning, routines)
- Support community outings & appointments
- Encourage independence and skill-building
- Document visits in HHAe Xchange
- Flexible scheduling
- Cases close to your home

- Fast, simple onboarding
- 18+ years old
- Driver’s license preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Able to pass fingerprinting, background checks, and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid required (or willing to complete)
- Experience as a Direct Support Professional or caregiver is a plus
